Being in the right place at the right time is the only way to control the lighting in Spearfish Canyon. I would love to spend an entire week in Spearfish Canyon. Just to "be there" when the light is perfect for every beautiful shot. The sky was a beautiful cloudless blue, so you could get a "photograph" or a "snapshot" depending on the direction you aimed your camera. For me, this is a "Photograph".
