One of the very nice things about western South Dakota is the clear skies. Almost every full moon, just begs for a shot. You will see several shots taken at different times of the year. My large lense (1000mm) is not a very expensive one, and being able to take any shot of the moon is difficult, if not impossible.

Although it is a pleasant shot this "picture" is obvious it has been tampered within a graphic program. The contrast is too distinct for an oobject at that distance.
