Here is another problem a photographer can experience. I wanted to have all the flowers in focus, from the foremost flower in the foreground to the
furthest flower in the background. Which called for the largest depth of field. The deeper the depth of field the higher the F-stop a photographer needs to set his camera at.
Even tho I had bright sunlight, the f-stop caused me to set the exposure to a pretty low setting. Techincally, one could still handhold the camera but I didn't
trust my being stable long enough. So I mounted my camera in the tripod and used my cable switch to trip the exposure.
The depth of field was good, the focus was good, the light and framing were good. These flowers just did not ring my chimes once I got them into my computer. So
this is just another "picture". Someone who loves daises, might just feel it is a "photograph". What do you think? |
